Services

Quarterly and annual inspection/testing of fire sprinkler system in accordance with NFPA 25, local, and state fire codes
3-Year Dry Standpipe Testing required by City of Milwaukee
5-Year Required Maintenance; includes internal pipe inspection, check valve inspection, and gauge calibration/replacement per NFPA 25
Testing of backflow prevention devices, fire pumps, control valves, tamper switches, flow switches, and main drains
Repair work of items listed above and/or any other sprinkler system component
Work on all types of systems (wet, dry, pre-action, foam, water mist, wet and dry standpipe systems, etc.)
Respond to “orders to correct” from local Fire Department or other agencies
Perform work on systems installed by other fire protection contractors
Provide service reminders to ensure customers comply with all fire codes
Provide recommendation reports with budget numbers upon completion of inspections
Create strategic partnerships with other contractors to provide service on building fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers, kitchen hood systems, and special hazard systems
